Description

Bloom, Harold. Kabbalah and Criticism. New York: The Seabury Press, 1975. First edition (ISBN 0-8164-9264-6).

INSCRIBED by the author in blue ink on the front free endpaper: “For Geoffrey / Homage / Harold.” The recipient is not identified; Bloom's Yale colleague Geoffrey Hartman is a possible candidate, but we have not been able to confirm it.

Blue cloth with gilt, no dust jacket. A very good copy: the cloth a little faded and rubbed, especially along the spine, with light wear to the spine ends and corners. Please see the photographs.
